Hulsford Property Group is co owned by Dan Hulbert and Gary Sanford a partnership with a combined experience of 50 years in construction and property.
Our goal is to deliver what we say, treating our customers and investors like we would want to be treated ourselves.

My property journey started nearly 20 years ago where I was helping my Dad on the tools flipping properties in South East london, I then went on to set up my own building firm, property packaging business and built my own portfolio of Single lets and HMO’s.
In 2019 I interviewed Simon Zutshi for my podcast and subsequently attended Property Magic Live where Simon introduced me to lots of different people and a few days later I made the decision to join Mastermind 28.
Being on Mastermind has given me clarity, confidence and control of my life and property journey because before joining I was in the process of rebuilding, but I can confidently say Mastermind has helped me get my mojo back.
Gary Sandford - Director
I have been in and around the construction industry for over 30 years, starting out as a bricklayer, then working my way through to Assistant Manager, Site Manager, Project Manager and then on to Contracts Manager and everything in between.
After having enough of the life of building homes and completing projects for other people, I started up on my own, eventually helping other investors to reach their goals and completing over 90 HMO’s.
5 years ago I started investing myself, which has proven very successful. Last year I attended Strategy Implementation Live, where I met Simon Zutshi and I joined the 29th Property Mastermind Programme which has ultimately helped me move forward faster than I ever thought possible - not only in the number of done deals, and investments but in problem solving, out of the box thinking and relationship building.
To date I have experience in a vast number HMO’s PLO’s, R2R, Single Lets, and Flats and Commercial to Residentials. I really look forward to seeing you soon, and hopefully learning something new from each pin member.
